The Mackie DRM12A 12” powered line array speaker combines performance and advanced technology. Its 2,000W Class-D amplifier and custom drivers are housed in a rugged wooden cabinet. The DRM12A active speaker is great for both mobile and installed line array applications. It’s ideal for situations where a longer throw is needed, such as live music concerts. Compared to the DRM12A, it provides a more focused vertical coverage. It also boasts wider horizontal coverage. Mackie designed the DRM12A to deliver sound typically found only in pro touring PA systems. Yet it remains as portable as it is powerful. In addition to line array configuration, the DRM12A can be mounted atop a standard speaker pole. Advanced Technology The Mackie DRM12A uses technology unlike other speakers in its category.
