The relay rack shall include Lowell shelf Model No. ________ (CMS-220, CMS-324), which shall be one-piece 16-gauge U.S. steel construction measuring ___________ (19”W x 20”D x 2U, 19”W x 24”D x 3U). The shelf shall have a vented base and a smooth black powder epoxy finish.
